MOT 1000: Customer Service Summit: Model Office

Prior to attending the Summit, each attendee must complete a mandatory 1 ½ hour Virtual Customer Service Workshop.  This training is online and should be completed at least one week prior to attending the Summit. The virtual workshop is located within the Georgia Gateway hyperlink in the Online Training section of www.iotis.org.  The Course ID is OFI 8204: Virtual Customer Service Workshop.

 

Registration is from 8:30 – 9:30 with coffee, juice, and a continental breakfast snack.  The Summit will begin promptly at 9:30.
